The main application of the General Organization for Applied Education and Training, which will connect all users and beneficiaries of the services provided by the organization with its systems. The development of the application will be carried out through three versions, as follows:

First Version (Current): Focuses on general services, news, announcements, and a contact list for the management of the organization, as well as some services specifically for faculty members, trainers, and students. This version allows faculty members to communicate with their students and access all books and decisions related to their field as soon as they are archived through an automatic notification service.

Second Version: In the second phase, the application will provide additional services to faculty members, trainers, and students, as well as offer new services for general staff members, including personal files, leave requests, permissions, and other services. Additionally, it will include any specific services related to colleges and institutes within the organization.

Third Version: This version aims to integrate all employee and student data from all systems into the application and transfer all automated services to the application. It will also automatically notify employees about any changes in their status or requests.

As the application evolves, the Information Technology Center strives to provide exceptional services to all staff members and employees of the organization by offering non-traditional and fast services.
